Join our Colombian friend Gina as she takes you through 30 minutes of Spanish Storytime Adventures! She will read one book in both English and Spanish and there will be Spanish songs and activities too! A great way for children to be exposed to a different language and/or adding to learning they may already be having at home.

Maximum of 10 children per story time, please register below to attend.
Next Storytime November 25th 10.30am
Auslan is the language of the Australian deaf community. As storytime often relies on the childrens’ hearing abilities, those who are deaf or have reduced hearing are often disadvantaged. Squishy Minnie will be offering Auslan Storytime sessions where our wonder Auslan interpreter Pauline will also be present to tell the story in conjunction with spoken word. Children of all hearing abilities are welcome.
Maximum of 12 children per story time, please register below to attend.
Harry Potter Storytime
Weekly over the winter months – next session TBC
To celebrate the twenty year anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Squishy Minnie Bookstore is hosting live reading sessions! Since Harry Potter hit the shelves, the seven volumes have been translated into 79 languages and have sold more than 450 million copies worldwide. Unbelievable! AND with all those copies out there Lucky has NEVER read any! So, we decided it was about time he caught up with the Harry hype!
During the winter months, join Lucky at 1pm on each Sunday for around 45 minutes of reading Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone from the gorgeous illustrated edition.
All ages welcome, but children under nine must have an adult with them. Feel free to wear your favourite house colours (Gryffindor Forever!) and bring a comfy cushion or blanket to sit on if you’d like to.
